SUPER ALLOY TREATMENT

Precise hardcoating with series 2000 “Super Alloys” requires special technical expertise and equipment. Repeatability from batch to batch will not exceed +/- .0002 when all factors are consistent i.e.; surface area, tank temperature and amps per square foot. We also provide selective controlled hardcoating on parts of multiple material construction. At Anodic, our computer controlled rectifiers maintain power input to less than +/- 1% variance, tank temperature and solution mix to +/- 1% of nominal. Special filtration systems plus the use of deionized water in all of our hardcoat baths ensure positive and precise coating of all super alloys. When combined with our excellence in masking, you are guaranteed perfect selective coating of super alloys.
