Our fourteen computerized hardcoat tanks, along with 25,000 AMP's of hardcoating power, make Anodic one of the largest hardcoat anodizing facilities in the nation.

In
our 16,000+ square foot plant we maintain a variety of tanks
to
accommodate all of our customers needs. Fourteen computer controlled
tanks are dedicated to hardcoating and anodizing where we can
coat aluminum material
from foil to sheets up to 4 ft. x 12 ft. x 3/32", tubes up to 2
ft. x 2 ft. x 35 ft. and box shapes up to 5 ft. x 5 ft. x 9 ft.
Our anodizing tanks can handle anything from the smallest part
to sizes up to 2 ft. x 2 ft. x 18 ft. and the Chem film (alodine)
process
can be used for parts up to 3 ft. x 3 ft. x 12 ft. Anything from
a small sphere to huge compression rollers can be coated. Our
quality
assurance computerized controls maintain tank temperature to +/-
1% ¡F variance and solution mix to +/- 1% ¡F. These unique control
systems assure optimum coating with total representation.
